  1. Course Cancellation by Student

    If you wish to cancel your course enrollment, you must notify us via email within 7 days of registration. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Eligibility for Refund

    Refunds are only applicable if cancellation is requested within 7 days of course registration and the student has not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

  3. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

    • If the course is already partially or fully accessed.
    • If cancellation is requested after 7 days of registration.
    • If the course is purchased during a special offer, sale, or discount period.

  4. Refund Processing Time

    Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method. The time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

  5. Course Cancellation by Us

    In rare circumstances, we may cancel a course due to unforeseen issues. In such cases, 100% of the course fee will be refunded to all enrolled students.
