B.Sc. in Fashion Design is a 3- year undergraduate course in fashion designing, spread over 6 semesters The course covers the study of specialized fields in the area of fashion design, such as accessory and jewelry design, footwear design, garment design, interior design, and leather design
The course involves lessons in creating original designs of garments, footwear, jewelry, luggage, etc., with the aim of staying in line with the ever-changing trends in the fashion industry. B.Sc. in Fashion Design is the study of creating designs that involve the conversion of artistic talent and creativity into creating saleable products like clothing, textiles, jewelry, footwear, and other accessories. The course also includes a detailed study of the fragile market trends and related fashion behavior.
As a minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates need to have attained the Higher Secondary/ 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized educational Board, and with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
